Description

Purpose of this module is to calculate vehicle range.

Name	Description
`calc_rev`	[rev] Minimum wheel revolutions to calculate new consumption
`calc_interval`	[s] Minimum time between new consumption calculation
`lpf`	[-] Limit change of long term consumption by this lpf

*Open Circuit Voltage - voltage on single battery cell, without load.

`max_range`	[km] Maximum range with full battery
`range`	[km] Range at current battery SOC
`actual_consumption`	[Ah/km] Actual vehicle consumption.
